Bullis Charter School’s teachers form a learning community
as professional educators who constantly strive to align their teaching with state standards and to meet student needs.

BCS teachers and staff are nurtured by receiving regular feedback on their performance. Administrators routinely visit every classroom to provide teachers with both formal and information evaluations designed to help them grow in their craft.
